If you change the Caption property of a UserForm from the Properties window, the UserForm may flash or flicker.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 97 for Windows.
A caption is descriptive text that appears directly on or around a control. The following controls have the Caption property: UserForm, CheckBox, CommandButton, Frame, Label, OptionButton, and ToggleButton. The Page and Tab objects that are part of the MultiPage and TabStrip controls also have the Caption property.
NOTE: The caption of a UserForm is the text that appears in the title bar of the UserForm.
For more information about the Caption property, click the Office Assistant in the Visual Basic Editor, type "caption," click Search, and then click to view "Caption Property (VBA Forms 97)."
