SYMPTOMS
========

When you use Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 and your computer is configured to
use the Czech locale as the default, programs use code page 437 (U.S.). The
Czech MS-DOS OEM code page is 852. You need this code page to correctly convert
characters in MS-DOS programs.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem described in this article and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem.
