ACC: Paradox Tables, Indexes, and Multiple ConnectionsID: Q90152
|
Advanced: Requires expert coding, interoperability, and multiuser skills.
If a Paradox table does not have a primary key, then it cannot be opened
twice, even exclusively. This means it cannot be used in more than one
place in a query or in code.
If you attach or link a Paradox table that has no primary key, you cannot
add or edit records in the table. If you create a query and add the table
twice, you receive the following error:
Operation not supported on a Paradox table with no primary key.
