SYMPTOMS
========

You may receive the following stop code on a Windows NT 4.0-based computer:

   Stop 0x0000000A (0x00000014, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf21b173d)

Note that the first parameter (0x00000014) may vary.

CAUSE
=====

This problem occurs because Tcpip.sys references a null pointer.

RESOLUTION
==========

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to
correct the problem that is described in this article. Apply it only to systems
that are experiencing this specific problem.
