Game Pack: Cards and Puzzles ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== When you play Jewel Chase, a game included in Microsoft Entertainment Pack: The Puzzle Collection, the other thief mentioned in the Jewel Chase Quick Help dialog box may not appear in the game. CAUSE ===== This behavior occurs when you play Jewel Chase at the Training difficulty level. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, increase the difficulty level in Jewel Chase. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Start Jewel Chase. 2. On the Game menu, click Options. 3. Beside Difficulty, click the Easy, Medium, or Hard option, and then click OK. 4. When you are prompted to start a new Jewel Chase game, click OK.
