CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if all of the following conditions are true: - You are using a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer. - A Matrox Mystique 220 video adapter is installed in the computer. - You are using version 4.12 of the Matrox Mystique 220 video driver. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, download and install version 4.11 of the Matrox Mystique 220 video driver from the following Matrox Web site: http://www.matrox.com/mga/drivers/unified_drivers/ftp_2nd_w9x.htm STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
