Click OK to see Help on configuring your browser for downloading the setup files. Or, Click Cancel to try again. CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if your Web browser's security settings are set too high. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, follow the appropriate steps for your version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 ------------------------------- 1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options. 2. On the Security tab, click Internet. 3. Click Default Level, and then click OK. 4. Quit and then restart Internet Explorer. 5. Download the Zone software. If the issue continues to occur: 1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options. 2. On the Security tab, click Internet, and then click Custom Level. 3. Under Download Signed ActiveX Controls, click Enable or Prompt. 4. Click OK, click Yes, and then click OK. 5. Click OK. 6. Quit and then restart Internet Explorer. 7. Download the Zone software.
