SYMPTOMS
========

When you start Microsoft NBA Inside Drive 2000, the game may quit unexpectedly.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

 - A 2D video adapter is installed in your computer.

 - NBA Inside Drive 2000 is configured to use a 3D video adapter.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, configure NBA Inside Drive 2000 to run in software mode:

1. On the NBA Inside Drive 2000 startup screen, click Options.

2. Click the Video tab.

3. Under 3D Graphics Driver, click Software.

4. Click OK.

NOTE: If you do not have a 3D video adapter installed in your computer, you must
play NBA Inside Drive 2000 in software mode.
