SYMPTOMS
========

When you click Play in Microsoft Asheron's Call, you may receive the following
error message:

   Windows cannot find Program.exe.

   This program is needed for opening files or type 'URL:HyperText Transfer
   Protocol'.

When you click OK, you receive the following error message:

   Cannot open the Microsoft Asheron's Call Web page
   (http://www.zone.com/asp/asheredir.asp?Code=2). Please check your Internet
   connection.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if your Web browser is not properly configured as the
default Web browser on your computer.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, reinstall your Web browser.

For information about how to obtain and install the latest version of Microsoft
Internet Explorer, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

   http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/

To work around this issue, start your Web browser, and then connect to the
Asheron's call Web site at the following Web address:
