To play Microsoft StarLancer, you need:

 - Multimedia PC with a Pentium 200 MHz or higher processor (Pentium II 300 MHz
   with 3D accelerator card recommended.)

 - Microsoft Windows 95 or higher operating system with DirectX 7.0 API

 - 32 megabytes (MB) of RAM.

 - 300 MB of available hard disk space; additional 100 MB of hard disk space for
   swap file

 - 8X or faster CD-ROM drive

 - Microsoft mouse or compatible pointing device (joystick recommended)

 - Super-VGA, 256-bit color monitor supporting 640x480 or higher resolution
   (800x600 screen resolution recommended)

 - Local bus video with 2 MB or more of video memory (3D accelerated video
   recommended)

 - Microsoft DirectSound 7.0 API-compatible sound card with speakers or
   headphones for audio

 - Recommended: Graphics accelerator card compatible with Direct3D API

Requirements for multiplayer play:

 - 28.8 Kbps modem (or higher recommended), local area network with TCP/IP or
   IPX protocol, or null-modem cable required for connection to other systems

 - Internet access required for Internet play. May require payment of a separate
   fee to an Internet service provider (ISP). Connect time charges may apply.

 - To play on Zone.com, you need to have one of the following Web browsers:
   Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or later or Netscape Communicator 4.0 or
   later
