SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start Microsoft Golf 2001 Edition, the game may not start.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if both of the following conditions are true:

 - The video adapter that is installed in your computer is based on the SiS 620
   chip set.

 - The retail video driver for the SiS 620 chip set is installed on your
   computer.

NOTE: This behavior has been reported with version 4.11.1.1050 of the video
driver.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, contact your hardware manufacturer to inquire about how
to obtain and install the latest version of the video driver for your video
adapter.
