SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to start a multiplayer game of Microsoft MechCommander 2 from
Zone.com, the introduction videos play, and then you are presented with only a
single-player option screen.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior can occur if the video driver installed on your computer is
outdated.

RESOLUTION
==========

To update the driver for your video adapter, contact the manufacturer of your
video adapter.
