SYMPTOMS
========

When you enter a portal in Microsoft Asheron's Call, you receive the following
error message:

   You must purchase Asheron's Call: Dark Majesty to use this portal.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior occurs when you do not have a subscription to Asheron's Call Dark
Majesty or did not enter the portal through the Asheron's Call Dark Majesty
lobbies on the Zone.

RESOLUTION
==========

To resolve this issue, purchase Asheron's Call Dark Majesty and redeem the
coupon on the MSN Nickname associated with the .NET Passport that you are
currently playing with.

To redeem the coupon, follow these steps:

1. Go to the following Microsoft Web site:

   http://zone.msn.com/asheronscallxp/minilaunch2.asp

2. Click Sign In to sign in with your .NET Passport.

3. Click Subscription.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions to subscribe to Asheron's Call Dark Majesty.

5. Connect to Asheron's Call through the Asheron's Call Dark Majesty lobbies. To
   do this, go to the following Microsoft Web site and click one of the worlds
   listed:

   http://zone.msn.com/asheronscallxp/minilaunch2.asp
