Click OK to acknowledge this message, and then restart the program. CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the Itss.dll file is missing, damaged, or an incorrect version. RESOLUTION ========== You may be able to resolve this issue by installing the HTML Help Installation and Update Package. To do this: 1. Insert the Expedia Streets & Trips 2000 Setup CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. Press and hold down the SHIFT key as you insert the CD-ROM to prevent Setup from starting automatically. 2. Click Start, point to Programs, and then click MS-DOS Prompt. 3. Type the following lines, pressing ENTER after you type each line: copy :\common\enu\hhupd.exe :\windows\desktop exit where is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive, and is the drive letter of the hard disk on which Microsoft Windows is installed. 4. Clean boot your computer. To do this, use the appropriate method for your version of Windows. Windows 98 ---------- a. Click Start, and then click Run. b. In the Open box, type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks), and then click OK. c. On the General tab, click Selective Startup, and then click to clear the following check boxes: - Process Config.sys File - Process Autoexec.bat File - Process Winstart.bat File (if available) - Process Win.ini File - Load Startup Group Items d. Restart the computer. When you see the "Starting Windows 95" message, press the F8 key, and then select Command Prompt Only from the Startup menu. b.
