Microsoft Word 2000 ------------------- To paste a map shortcut as a Web link into Word 2000: 1. Start Word 2000, and then open the document into which you want to paste the map shortcut. 2. Place the insertion point at the position in the document where you want to insert the map shortcut. 3. On the Edit menu, click Paste or press CTRL+V. Microsoft Excel 2000 -------------------- To paste a map shortcut as a Web link into Excel 2000: 1. Start Excel 2000, and open the worksheet into which you want to paste the map shortcut. 2. Place the insertion point at the position in the worksheet where you want to insert the map shortcut. 3. On the Insert menu, click Hyperlink. 4. Place the insertion point in the "Type the file or Web page name" box, and then press CTRL+V. 5. Click OK.
