SYMPTOMS
========

When you attempt to play Audio Video Interleave (.AVI) files from Microsoft
Cinemania on a computer with the Reveal TV 300 card installed, the Cinemania
picture becomes jumbled.

Sound is not affected and no error message appears.

CAUSE
=====

The Reveal TV 300 Compression Driver is incorrectly configured.

RESOLUTION
==========

To change the Reveal TV 300 driver configuration, do the following:

1. From Program Manager, open the Main group.

2. Double-click the Control Panel icon.

3. Double-click the Drivers icon.

4. Click the Reveal TV 300 Compression Driver.

5. Click Setup.

6. Click Play All AVI Files Through VGA. Click OK.

All AVI files should now play normally.

The Reveal TV 300 Card is linked directly to the video card. All video data is
passed from the video card through the Reveal TV card, and then to the monitor.
