CAUSE ===== This condition occurs when you press and hold the mouse button on one of the radio buttons then switch to another application without releasing the mouse button. For example, the condition occurs when you do the following: 1. With your mouse, click the radio button next to "Newborn." to select it. 2. Point your mouse on the radio button next to "Infant (1-12 months)." 3. Press and hold the left mouse button. 4. Without releasing the mouse button, switch to another program. To switch to another program, press and hold down the ALT key while you press the TAB key (ALT+TAB). 5. Use the ALT+TAB key combination to return to Pregnancy and Child Care. "Newborn" and "Infant (1-12 months)" are selected. WORKAROUND ========== Before switching to another application, press and release the mouse button on the radio button. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Pregnancy and Child Care, Preview on MSN.
