To correct the problem, contact the manufacturer of your DVD-ROM drive to receive updated DVD-ROM driver software. If your DVD-ROM drive came with your computer, contact the computer manufacturer. CAUSE ===== This behavior can occur if the DVD decoder card device drivers installed on the computer do not support Microsoft DirectShow. RESOLUTION ========== To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your DVD decoder card for information about how to obtain updated decoder card drivers that support DirectShow.
