However, if the nonplayable file is not the first in the list, the Skip button is enabled. You must choose the Stop button to stop play in this situation, or play the entire list of selected files. STATUS ====== Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows Sound System versions 1.0 and 1.0a. This problem was corrected in Windows Sound System version 2.0.
