Bandwidth Data Not Stored in Database for Lotus Domino Logs

SYMPTOMS

This article pertains to importing Lotus Notes Domino log files into Analysis.

When you import Lotus Notes Domino logs, there are no figures reported for bandwidth usage.

CAUSE

The log file parser is incorrectly parsing the fields.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, apply the latest Site Server 3.0 service pack.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0. This problem has been corrected in the latest U.S. service pack for Microsoft Site Server version 3.0.
