Cannot Set Radius DSN on Alpha ComputerID: Q193490
|
You cannot set the Data Source Name (DSN) on Microsoft Commercial Internet System 2.0 Radius Server. The Radius properties in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) show the DSN as shaded (unavailable) in the ODBC Authentication Provider. This only occurs on an Alpha computer.
This problem is caused by the way that the Radius Server was built for the Alpha environment.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from
Microsoft, but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied
only to systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not
severely affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you
wait for the next Site Server service pack.
