Content Tagging May Cause High CPU UtilizationID: Q221236

Content tagging causes Inetinfo.exe to use 100 percent of the CPU when you upload an Acrobat PDF file using the CMSample provided in Site Server 3.0.
Content tagging is stuck in an endless loop because of an unexpected final DBCS character in the file.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from
Microsoft,
but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely
affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for
the next Windows NT service pack.
