CRS: Error Message Replicating ACLs to Windows NT 3.51

The information in this article applies to:

• Microsoft Commercial Internet System, version 1.0 Service Pack 2
• Microsoft Site Server version 2.0

SYMPTOMS

When the Microsoft Content Replication System (CRS) is replicating access control lists (ACLs) to a Windows NT 3.51 computer, replication stops, and you get the following error message:

  SetWaitAbleTimer not found in kernel32.dll

CAUSE

This replication is not supported on Windows NT 3.51.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial Internet System, version 1.0 Service Pack 2 and the released version of Site Server 2.0.
