When you attempt to import proxy log data from an ODBC source (such as SQL server) to Usage Analysis, the following error message occurs:
Error querying the Import job. SQL query failed. Log data source: Log data source
The retail version of Site Server 3.0 Usage Analysis does not support importing proxy log data from ODBC sources.
To work around this problem, log proxy data to a text file and then import to Usage Analysis.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Site Server service pack
that contains this fix.
