Error 40041 Occurs When Deleting One or More Incomplete Imports

SYMPTOMS

When you start Import Module, the following error message appears:

One or more incomplete imports have been detected. Click Yes to delete.

If you click Yes, Usage Analyst starts to delete the import and then returns the following error:

Error 40041. Object Collection. Couldn't find item indicated by text.

If you click OK, the following message is displayed:

0 requests and 0 visits deleted. Hit OK.

A second error occurs:

Error 40002. S1000:[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Connection is busy with results for another hstmt

The software then shuts down.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 2.0.
