Site Server may fail when attempting to utilize a large number of containers or groups.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from
Microsoft, but has not been fully regression tested and should be applied
only to systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not
severely affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you
wait for the next Site Server 3.0 service pack.

TITLE: Determining If Your Product Is Eligible for No-Charge Technical Support
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0.
Site Server 3.0 SP1 needs to be installed prior to this hotfix.
The service pack will overwrite hotfixes #980807a and #980813a.
Installation of this hotfix will reapply both overwritten hotfixes.

Additional setup required:
This fix requires additional database configuration. A SQL Server script
Mcis2upd.sql has been provided to assist in this step. You must run this
script against every existing SQL Server database supporting an updated
hotfix Site Server Personalization and Membership Lightweight Directory
Access Protocol (LDAP) Service instance. You must run this script before
updating the LDAP servers with the hotfix. This script is a superset of
the one that shipped with Microsoft Commercial Internet System 2.0 and
subsequent service packs.
