MCIS: Graphics Missing When Printing Multiple Help Topics

SYMPTOMS

When the "Print the selected heading and all subtopics" option is selected in the "Print Topics" box in Microsoft Commercial Internet System (MCIS) version 2.0 Help, no graphics are printed, and missing graphics icons (symbolized by a circle with an "x" inside) are used as placeholders.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, you can individually print sections of the documentation that contain graphics.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in MCIS 2.0.
