Membership MMC Administrator Does Not Display Expiration DateID: Q234008
|
The expiration property for a member in a Site Server Membership group is not correctly displayed in the Membership Directory Manager of the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in after you apply the post-SP2 fix described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
If you use any of the following methods to display the expiration property, the MMC fails to show that a date has been set:Q216709 ADSI 2.0, 2.5, and MDAC 2.1 Compatibility Issues
The expiration attribute can be properly set and retrieved through scripting; however, the MMC fails to show that an expiration date has been set for a member in a group.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Site Server service pack
that contains this fix.
