Proxy Logging to Database will Fail without Warning

SYMPTOMS

If the Log to SQL/ODBC Database option in the Logging tab of the Web Proxy Properties is selected and the table name is invalid, no logging will take place.

NOTE: You will not be informed that logging will not take place.

RESOLUTION

Verify that the table name is valid or in the proper format.
