FIX: Error Clicking Back Button After Testing New DSN in ODBC Control PanelID: Q234224

After going through the steps to create a new data source name (DSN), if you click the Back button after testing the connection, you receive the following error message:
This error only occurs if, while creating the DSN, you clear the check box marked Connect to SQL Server to obtain default settings for the additional configuration options. This problem occurs with the 3.70.06.23 version of the SQL Server driver, which was included with SQL Server 7.0.An error occurred while Windows was working with the Control Panel file c:\winnt\system32\odbccp32.cpl.
To work around this problem, use either of the following:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SQL Server
version 7.0. This problem has been corrected in U.S. Service Pack 1
for Microsoft SQL Server version 7.0. For information about
