XADM: IS/DS Check Does Not Recreate Deliv-Ext-Cont-Types for MailboxID: Q231969
|
When creating a Mailbox object using the IS/DS consistency adjuster, for example after restoring an old backup of the Exchange Server directory, the DELIV-EXT-CONTENT-TYPES attribute is not re-created. This mailbox may not be able to receive messages from an X.400 connector. The following error will be logged in the Windows NT application event log:
Event ID: 8516
Description: The delivery of a message failed because the message's content type was incorrect. A non-delivery report is being sent to the message's originator.
