For programs to function properly in Microsoft Windows NT Server, Terminal Server Edition, you must install them in Control Panel, using the Add/Remove Programs wizard. However, there are components (in Microsoft Exchange Server, for example) that you cannot install using this method.
For example, when you install the Internet Mail Service using the Exchange Server Administration program, the following error message is displayed:

You must put Terminal Server in installation mode. At a command prompt, type:Error Processing file 'C:\EXCHSRVR\BIN\cd0.ins', at or near line 7 The specified module could not be found
