SYMPTOMS
========
the public and private information store databases are limited to 16 MB
each
Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 will shut down if the public or
private database size grows to 16 gigabytes (GB) or greater.
MORE INFORMATION
================
This is a known problem in the release candidate 1 (RC1) version of
Microsoft Exchange Server 5.5 and is corrected in the regular version 5.5.
If you are still running the RC1 version, you must upgrade to the regular
version to fix this problem.
To find out whether you are running the RC1 version of Exchange, start the
Exchange Administrator program and click "About Microsoft Exchange Server"
on the Help menu. If you have build 1665.4 or lower, you are running the
RC1 version of Exchange Server and need to upgrade.
