XFOR: Chat Performance Monitor Counter Does Not Reset After Paus

SYMPTOMS

After you pause then restart the Microsoft Exchange Chat Server service, the Chat Service 'Total Client Connects' counter does not reset to 0.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Chat Server version 5.5. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Exchange 5.5 U.S. Service Pack.
