XFOR: Notes Connector Access Violation During Message Conversation when Address Is 256 Bytes LongID: Q232076
|
The Microsoft Exchange Notes Connector experiences an access violation during message conversation when the e-mail address is 256 bytes long.
The Exchange Notes Connector allocates 256 bytes for the e-mail address, which doesn't leave room for the trailing null if the address is 256 bytes long. It ends up with a longer string, which corrupts the stack. As a result, the Exchange Notes Connector stops.
