XWEB: 500 Internal Server Error Displayed When Replying to Meeting Request in OWAID: Q232666
|
When you attempt to use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to reply to a meeting request that has one or more recipients on the Bcc line, a 500 internal server error may be displayed.
This problem can occur when you do not have the necessary permissions to view the Bcc line. The information store is unable to find the recipients on the Bcc line and therefore, is unable to deliver the reply.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 service pack
that contains this fix.
