BUG: DSHELL Error in FPW 2.6a with Long Folder NameID: Q231675

When any menu option in the Start Menu folder has a name greater than 49 characters, running the FoxPro 2.6a for Windows setup program to install an executable causes the following error in Windows 95/98:
Selecting Ignore does nothing. Select Close then gives Windows error:DSHELL An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway,
click Ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program,
click Close. You will lose information you entered since your last Save.
Selecting Details button gives:DSHELL X This program has performed an illegal operation
and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
In Windows NT 4.0, the following error messages appear:DSHELL caused a general protection fault in module MSCUISTF.DLL at 0004:00000532.
Choosing the Close button, causes the following error:An error has occurred in your application. If you choose Ignore, you should save your work in a new file.
If you choose Close, your application will terminate.
DSHELL caused a General Protection Fault in module MSCOMSTF.dll at <memory address>
Choose Close. DSHELL will close.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
This problem does not occur in Visual FoxPro 3.0b for Windows.
