After You Print You Cannot Open Pocket Outlook on an H/PC

SYMPTOMS

After you send a print job to the printer, and then close a program on a Handheld PC (H/PC), you may not be able to open any of the Microsoft Pocket Outlook components, including Pocket Calendar, Pocket Contacts, and Pocket Tasks.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if you close a program too quickly after you send a print job to the printer.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, perform a soft reset on the H/PC. For information about how to perform a soft reset on your H/PC, please consult the hardware's manufacturer or documentation.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows CE version 2.0 for the H/PC.
