Cannot Send a Note Taker Attachment in an E-Mail Message

• Microsoft Windows CE version 2.0 for the Palm-size PC

SYMPTOMS

When you send an e-mail message with an attachment created in Note Taker, you may receive the following error message:

   The contents of this note could not be saved.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the Palm-size PC (P/PC) does not have enough storage memory available.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, uninstall unused programs or files. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Tap Start, tap Settings, and then tap Remove Programs.

2. Tap the program you want to remove, tap Remove, and then tap OK.

Note that you can also delete individual files to increase the available storage memory.
