Due Dates in Recurring Tasks Do Not Synchronize

SYMPTOMS

When you synchronize your Handheld PC (H/PC) with your desktop computer, the due date on some recurring tasks may not synchronize.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you synchronize your H/PC with your desktop computer using Microsoft Outlook 97 and you previously synchronized your H/PC with your desktop computer using Microsoft Schedule+.

MORE INFORMATION

Outlook 97 and Schedule+ use different methods to implement due dates in tasks. Windows CE does not support cross synchronization between Outlook 97 and Schedule+.
