Entries in Power Properties Are Listed as "Not Supported"

SYMPTOMS

When you view Power Properties in the Battery tool in Control Panel on your Compaq 2010 C-series Windows CE-based device, the following entries may be listed as Not Supported:

• Main Batteries installation date



• Total time on Main Batteries



• Percentage of Main batteries power left

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the Compaq 2010 C-series Windows CE-based device does not support providing this information to the Battery tool in Windows CE.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.
