When you start your Windows 98-based computer, you may receive the following error message:
RNAAPP.DLL caused an Invalid Page Fault in module Kernel32.dll at
<memory address>
If you then press ENTER, you may receive the following error message:
RNAAPP.dLL caused an Invalid Page Fault in module <unknown> at
<memory address>
Also, you may be unable to connect your Windows CE device to your
computer, and your computer may stop responding (hang) when you try to
shut down.
This issue can occur if you are running Windows CE Services versions 2.2, 2.1. or 2.2, and the Macroview Telecom PrivateWire program is installed and is configured to start automatically when you start your computer.
To resolve this issue, contact Macroview Telecom to inquire about a fix for this issue.
