Folders Named "New Folder" Appear in Voice Recorder

SYMPTOMS

When you start the Voice Recorder tool, you may see folders named "New Folder," "New Folder (2)," and so on.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you create a new folder in Voice Recorder, type a name for the new folder, and then quit Voice Recorder immediately.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior when you create a new folder, type a name for the new folder and then press ENTER or tap OK before you quit Voice Recorder.
