H/PC Appears to Hang When You Use the Find Command

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Find command in Contacts, the Handheld PC (H/PC) may appear to stop responding (hang).

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have more than 2,000 records in Contacts.
