Palm-size PC Downloads Wrong Mobile Channel Content

SYMPTOMS

When you download Mobile Channel content to a Palm-size PC (P/PC), you may receive incomplete or incorrect data.

CAUSE

This issue can occur if the Channels subscription feature is not configured correctly.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, follow these steps to configure the Channels subscription feature:

1. On the P/PC, tap Start, and then tap Channels.

2. On the Menu command bar, tap File, and then tap Channels.

3. Tap the plus symbol (+) next to the Mobile Channel content you want.

4. Tap to select the check box for each component you want.

5. Tap OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
