Some Sections in MSInfo Appear Empty When Point32 Is RunningID: Q190664

When you run Microsoft System Information on a computer running the Point32 component of the Microsoft IntelliPoint software, you may not see any information in some sections of Microsoft System Information.
This behavior can occur because Point32 is not compatible with Microsoft System Information.
To work around this issue, quit Point32 before you run Microsoft System
Information. To do this, right-click the IntelliPoint (mouse) icon on the
Windows taskbar, and then click Close.
