MNK Pro: Cannot Use Internet Hot Keys to Start Internet Browser

SYMPTOMS

You may be unable to use the Internet Hot Keys on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro to start your supported Internet browser or to navigate the Internet.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if America Online AOL 3.0 is your default Internet browser.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, upgrade to America Online AOL 4.0.

To work around this issue, sign on to America Online AOL before you attempt to use the Internet Hot Keys.
