MNK Pro: Cannot Use Keyboard to Select Commands on Shortcut Menu

SYMPTOMS

When you right-click the title bar of the MSKey Keyboard Tool, you cannot use the keyboard to select the commands on the shortcut menu.


CAUSE

The MSKey Keyboard Tool is a diagnostic utility that traps keyboard input to test keyboard functionality.


RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, use a pointing device to click the commands on the shortcut menu.


STATUS

This behavior is by design.
