This article describes how to connect the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro to a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port on your computer.

To connect the keyboard to a USB port on your computer:

  1. Contact your hardware manufacturer to verify that the Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) on your computer supports USB keyboards.


  2. Turn on your computer.


  3. Connect the Natural Keyboard Pro to a USB port on your computer.

    NOTE:You may need your Microsoft Windows 98 CD-ROM to install software necessary to use the USB keyboard. If your Windows 98 CD-ROM is not available, do not choose to skip the installation of any files.
