MNK Pro: Nothing Happens When You Press the Play/Pause Media Hot Key

SYMPTOMS

When you press the Play/Pause media Hot Key on the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro, nothing may happen or the Hot Key may not work correctly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

The media player you are using is Voyetra AudioStation 32.

Part of the AudioStation 32 window is hidden by another window or is off the screen.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, configure your screen so that the AudioStation 32 window is completely visible.

MORE INFORMATION

This issue can occur even if the Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro is not connected to the computer and the Microsoft IntelliType Pro software is not installed.
